This year’s Juneteenth Ball was a great success. The theme of the cake this year was Quilt Codes of the Underground Railroad. The whole experience has been wonderful. The Black Chefs Collaborative even got a promo spot in Sacramento Magazine. Yay!
We were also showcased at a beautiful Farm to Fork event held at the Antiquite Maison Privee in Downtown Sacramento.
There was a great turnout at this event as well. Several of the chefs put their best foot forward. SMA featured Pineapple Upside-down Cake Pops. Yummy!
